Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all coaching clients of Chess Labs LLC

1._ Nature of Coaching

Chess Coaching is an educational service. Progress depends on the students effort, consistency, and experience. No guarantees of results are made.

2._ Session Structure

• Sessions are conducted live online unless otherwise stated.
• Sessions length and quantity depend on the purchased package
• Unused sessions may expire if not used within the agreed time frame.

3._ Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared
• Act respectfully
• Complete recommended practice independently

4._ Recordings & Materials

Session recordings and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

5._ Cancellations

• 24 hours' notice required to reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited

6._ Termination

Chess Labs LLC reserves the right to terminate coaching for misconduct or violations of policies without refund.

7._ Limitations of Liability

Chess Labs LLC is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, or competitive outcomes.

8._ Agreement Acceptance & Parental Acknowledgment

By purchasing or participating in coaching services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Coaching Agreement

If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian:

• Confirms they have read and agreed to this Agreement
• Accepts responsibility for payment, scheduling, and participation
• Understands that results are not guaranteed

Electronic acceptance (including checkbox confirmation) constitutes a legally binding agreement.
