Coaching Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chess Labs LLC<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all coaching clients of Chess Labs LLC<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1._ Nature of Coaching<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chess Coaching is an educational service. Progress depends on the students effort, consistency, and experience. No guarantees of results are made.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2._ Session Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Sessions are conducted live online unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n
  • Sessions length and quantity depend on the purchased package<\/li>\n
  • Unused sessions may expire if not used within the agreed time frame.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3._ Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Clients agree to:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Arrive on time and prepared<\/li>\n
    • Act respectfully<\/li>\n
    • Complete recommended practice independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/p>\n

      4._ Recordings & Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Session recordings and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      5._ Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule<\/li>\n
      • Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        <\/p>\n

        6._ Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Chess Labs LLC reserves the right to terminate coaching for misconduct or violations of policies without refund.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        7._ Limitations of Liability <\/strong><\/p>\n

        Chess Labs LLC is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, or competitive outcomes.<\/p>\n

        8._ Agreement Acceptance & Parental Acknowledgment <\/strong><\/p>\n

        By purchasing or participating in coaching services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Coaching Agreement<\/p>\n

        \n

        If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian: <\/p>\n

        \n

          \n
        • Confirms they have read and agreed to this Agreement<\/li>\n
        • Accepts responsibility for payment, scheduling, and participation <\/li>\n
        • Understands that results are not guaranteed <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n

          Electronic acceptance (including checkbox confirmation) constitutes a legally binding agreement. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n
